Simple, honest pricing
Every session is 4 hours with two organizers. Same price per session, every area.
Individual Session
$240
One 4-hour session with two organizers ($60 per hour). A great place to start, or perfect for one or two spaces.
Package of Sessions
$200 per session
Two or more 4-hour sessions with two organizers ($50 per hour). Save $40 per session compared to individual sessions. The best value for bigger projects and whole rooms.
Every session includes
- 4 hours of hands-on organizing with two organizers
- Donation removal (one car load per session)
- Product suggestions that fit your space and budget
- Basic labels
- Organizing systems that work for you
- A simple maintenance plan
Organizing products such as bins, baskets, and containers are billed separately at cost, always with your approval first.

Add-ons
A little extra, when you need it
All add-ons are billed separately.
- Organizing products (bins, baskets, containers): at cost, with your approval first
- Extra donation drop-off: $25 per load
- Extra miles: $1 per mile beyond 25 miles from Kissimmee 34746
- Home errands (returns, grocery shopping, household purchases): $35 per hour, one organizer
- Additional organizer: $35 per hour
- Additional organizing time: $60 per hour for individual sessions, $50 per hour for package sessions, with your approval on the day

Karla, founder of Season 41 in Kissimmee, Florida.
I started Season 41 because I believe a home should be a place of rest, not stress. As a wife, a homeschool mom, and a woman of faith, I know how quickly family life fills every drawer, closet, and corner, and how heavy that clutter can feel on your mind, not just your shelves.
My approach is simple: no judgment, ever. We’ll go at your pace, honor the things that matter to you, and build gentle systems that fit your real routines, not a magazine photo. When we finish, my hope is that your home feels like the gift it’s meant to be.

Good to know
- Sessions are 4 hours. Package session time does not roll over.
- A 50% deposit reserves your date. The balance is due the day of service.
- Free reschedule with 48 hours notice.
- Travel is included within 25 miles of Kissimmee 34746.
- Estimates are honest, not locked prices. Products or extra time can change the final cost.
What is not included
So there are no surprises, here is what we do not do:
- Deep cleaning (scrubbing, mopping, detailed dusting)
- Laundry, dishes, or cooking
- Handling cash, firearms, or prescription medications (you handle these personally)
- Mold, pest, or hazardous material removal
- Repairs, painting, or handyman work
- Spaces that are not in your agreed session plan
